A hospital discovery platform built for Bajaj Finserv during India's COVID peak. What started as a 3-week emergency response tool evolved into a full healthcare discovery experience covering specialties, procedures, insurance compatibility, and financial products.

Ground Reality and Challenges faced by people
Insurance, Affordability & Access Crisis
Only 37% of Indians had health insurance in 2021, and limited coverage meant many hospitals didn’t accept existing policies. For many lower-middle-class families without insurance, medical emergencies meant scrambling to arrange funds.
During India’s COVID peak of 400,000+ daily cases, hospitals ran out of beds and oxygen, leaving families struggling to find reliable information and life-saving care.
